Q1:Can they be straightened or curled?
A1:Of course,they are made of 100% heat resistant fiber,the hair can be curled or straighten,but the temperature should not exceed 160 degree.
Please kindly Caution:Please do not put down the hair after you roll it until it cool down.You can put the hair on your hand or something that can hold the curls of the hair,so that to maintain the curly.
Q2:Can I dye & Perm the hair?
A2:The wigs can not dye,it is hard to do by yourself;please do not try it.If perm the hair,please ask seller's advice first.
Q3:Can I wash & blow-dry the hair?
A3:Of course,you can wash them as your own,you can use mild shampoo and conditioner.We also recommend to use a hair treatment on them every few weeks,because the hair is not attached to your scalp.Using a treatment hair mask will need to wash your hair too much,about every 3 weeks.The hair can be blow-dried on low setting,but it is not recommended to do it too ofter.It is best to let your hair dry naturally after washing them.
Q4:Why does my hair become tangled?
A4:The hair would become tangled due to dryness,oil & dirt build-up,salt water and not combing(wide tooth comb)out your hair daily.Make sure to wash and condition your hair at least once a week,and if possible,twice a week would be better.You may use hydrating drops or counsult your stylist for further suggestions.
Q5:Why does the hair shedding?
A5:After the new product was produced,there will have some floating hair on it,so when your first using,the floating hair will fall out.Hope you can understand.
Q6:How long does it last?
A6:This hair can last for a very long time depending on how you maintain it.Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it for it to last longer.Many hair extensionist prefer Brazilian or Indian hair because it is beautiful and unprocessed which makes it last longer than any other kind of hair.Thank you for your time and support.
